How We Include

Create Foundation has three programs:

Create Hub

Create Hub is the flagship program of Create Foundation. Its target users are children and youth who live in or part of residential care facilities or RCFs (orphanage, crisis center, etc.), and Offline Communities (rural communities, urban poor areas, or indigenous people groups) experiencing digital exclusion. We aim to have four active Create Hubs by the end of 2026.

Create ASPIRE

Create ASPIRE (Accelerating Skills Program for Inclusive and Responsive Education) is our program for Digital Skills for Social Good, Education Leadership in Tech, EdTech, and Tech for Education. The Coin (Computer and Internet) Grant, Digital Upskilling Scholarship Grant, and College Scholarship Grant are currently its three active projects.

Create Library

Create Library aims to improve basic literacy and numeracy skills for the digital readiness of future digital users. Digital inclusion requires a certain level of literacy and numeracy, and being able to read, write, and count are foundational in the transition to digital literacy. Project CLIMB (Create Learning in Mountain Barangays) is a project under this program.

Create Hub-HOH

For children and youth residing at Home of Hope Orphanage, in Bacolod City.
