Our flagship program for digital inclusion targeting primarily children and youth - the ANOCs (Abandoned, Neglected, and Orphaned Children) living in RCFs (Residential Care Facilities) and the rural learners in rural communities.

We are keen to increase the chances of the children and youth from these demographics being digitally included so they could have better chances to live meaningful lives in a competitively tech-driven world. To achieve digital inclusion we will equip the hub with:

1.  Computer Devices

2.  Internet Access

3.  Digital Literacy - plus Arts!

We aim to install and operate at least three Create Hubs in 2025, first in Visayas, second in Mindanao, and third in Luzon. ​Our pilot Create Hub in the Visayas will be at the Home of Hope Orphanage in Bacolod City.
