CREATE HUB
Create Hub is the flagship program of Create Foundation offering all five solutions in its Create Framework. These are Digital Readiness, Digital Literacy, Computer Ownership, Internet Access, and Digital Upskilling. The hub's target users are children and youth who live in or part of residential care facilities or RCFs (orphanage, crisis center, etc.), and Offline Communities (rural communities, urban poor areas, or indigenous people groups) experiencing digital exclusion. Finally, Create Hub offer three program components - Technology, ICT Courses, and Arts.

PROJECTS UNDER CREATE HUB

CREATE HUB-HOH
In partnership with Home of Hope, a 41-year old orphanage, in Bacolod City. There are 31 users of the hub aged 2-16; 9 boys and 23 girls. We are raising 1,220,000 pesos from March 2025 to March 2029 to build and implement Create Hub-HOH before turning it over to Home of Hope in 2029.
CREATE HUB-YSH
In partnership with the Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation and Claret Sama-Bajau Foundation. There are 300 plus users of the hub, all learners at the Yellow School of Hope, an exclusive elementary school for Sama Bajaus in Maluso, Basilan. We are raising 1,000,000 pesos from December 2025 to December 2029 to build and implement Create Hub-YSH before turning it over to Yellow School of Hope in 2030.


CREATE HUB-SOS Iloilo
In partnership with SOS Children’s Villages IloIlo, one of the eight children's villages of SOS in the Philippines. We are raising 900,000 pesos from December 2025 to December 2028 to build and implement Create Hub-SOS Iloilo before turning it over to SOS Children’s Villages IloIlo in 2030.
