In the 2024 IMD World Digital Competitiveness (WDC) Ranking, the Philippines is among the bottom-ranked in using digital technologies that will bring transformative progress to the government, economy, and society. The Borgen Project, claims, too, in 2023, that more than half of the Philippine population is "internet poor".

We believe that digital inclusion can bridge the digital divide.
