On July 3, 2026, Create Foundation delivered 1,500 literacy and numeracy materials to Liguma Mangyan Elementary School in Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro. Project CLIMB-Bongabong is Create Foundation's first CLIMB of 2026. In partnership with volunteer Mangyan teachers Selen and Saning, who were also our Coin Grantees earlier this year, we organized and collected books for the 78 Mangyan learners from Kindergarten to Grade 6 (ages 4 to 15) and six teachers at Liguma Mangyan Eleme

During the Academic Year 2025-2026, NSTP-LTS (National Service Training Program - Literacy Training Service Track) students of CIIT College of Arts and Technology partnered with Create Foundation for their NSTP Final Project. Their project aims to raise funds for Project CLIMB (Create Learning In Mountain Barangays), an initiative under our Create Library program which distributes literacy and numeracy materials to remote upland communities. In August 2024, Create Foundation partnered with the CIIT Library to launch a three-month book drive. Students, faculty, and staff came together to donate nearly 2,000 books and learning materials — filling up 13 balikbayan boxes! As part of our Create Library Program, the donated books and materials were delivered to two recipient communities in Mindanao, just in time for the new school year.
